Order Deadlines

All take away orders must be placed at least 72 hours before the requested collection date.

Order Confirmation

The order will only be considered confirmed once it has been reviewed and accepted by the Cachitos team and paid according to the applicable payment conditions.

Modifications and Cancellations

Modifications may be requested up to 48 hours before the delivery date.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur full or partial charges depending on the type of products ordered.

Order Collection

The customer must collect the order on the agreed date and time slot.
Cachitos cannot guarantee optimal preservation of the product in case of delays attributable to the customer.

Deposit for Paella Pan Usage

If you choose to take the paella in a traditional paella pan, a refundable deposit of €15 will be applied. This deposit will be returned in full when the pan is returned in proper condition.

Packaging and Materials

Standard packaging is included in the price.
Any special or returnable items may be subject to an additional cost or deposit.

Product Availability

Product availability is subject to market conditions.
If it is not possible to prepare a specific dish, an alternative of equal value will be offered or the corresponding refund will be made.

Prices and Payment Methods

All prices include VAT.
Accepted payment methods will be those indicated by the establishment at the time of ordering.
Cachitos requires full prepayment depending on the amount or nature of the order once it is confirmed by the Cachitos team.

Consumption and Storage Conditions

Products are intended for immediate consumption or proper reheating at home according to the establishment’s recommendations.
Cachitos is not responsible for the handling, storage or consumption of the product once it has been delivered.
