Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and enjoyment of the gastronomic and musical experience “La Rumba de Cachitos”, which takes place every Sunday at Cachitos.

2. Price and payment method

The price of the experience is €25 per person.

Full prepayment is mandatory and will be made through the official Cachitos website at the time of booking.

The price includes exclusively the menu detailed in the description of the experience.

Drinks, coffee and dessert are not included.

3. Reservation and capacity

A reservation is mandatory in order to access the experience.

The maximum capacity of the event is 300 people per Sunday.

The reservation is made in the name of one responsible person and is valid for a full table.

During the purchase process, it will be mandatory to indicate the total number of diners in the group.

4. Schedule and punctuality

The starting time of the meal is the one indicated in the reservation.

Guests must arrive at the reserved time, with a maximum courtesy margin of 10 minutes.

Once this margin has been exceeded, Cachitos does not guarantee table availability or proper service, and no refund will be issued.

5. Menu and service

The menu is served per full table, and different options cannot be combined within the same group.

The paella will be chosen directly at the restaurant on the day of the event.

The menu may only be adapted for reasons of food allergies or intolerances, which must be mandatorily indicated in the comments section during the purchase process.

Cachitos does not guarantee menu adaptations if this information has not been provided in advance.

The organization reserves the right to modify any dish on the menu depending on product availability, always maintaining equivalent quality and value.

6. Music and event development

The music will always be live.

The event may end earlier than scheduled due to external causes beyond the organization’s control, such as weather conditions, legal regulations, administrative restrictions or force majeure.

7. Minimum age, access and alcohol consumption

The consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited for persons under 18 years of age, in accordance with current legislation.

Minors are only allowed access if accompanied by at least one responsible adult.

Access will not be permitted to groups consisting mainly of minors accompanied by a single adult.

Cachitos reserves the right of admission and may deny access or permanence to those who do not comply with rules of coexistence, safety or appropriate behavior.

8. Cancellations and changes

Reservations may be cancelled up to 12 hours before the start of the event, with entitlement to a full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations made outside this period will not be eligible for a refund.

In the event of cancellation of the event due to force majeure (including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, legal restrictions or unforeseen circumstances), the organization will offer a change of date to enjoy the experience.

9. Acceptance of the terms

The purchase of the experience implies the express and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
